About the role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the way millions of people find meaningful connections. You'll own end-to-end design across our core product surfaces — from discovery and matching to messaging and profiles — in a fast-moving team that cares deeply about craft, empathy, and data-informed decision-making.
This is a 12-month contract role based in Warsaw with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in our Grochowska office). There is a strong likelihood of extension or conversion to permanent for the right candidate.
What you'll do
- Lead design for key product areas from early concept through to shipped feature
- Define interaction patterns and contribute to our evolving design system
- Run user research sessions and translate findings into clear, elegant product decisions
- Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers to ship quality at pace
- Champion the user in product discussions — and back your instincts with data
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of high craft across the team
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating mobile-first, consumer-facing work
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tooling
- Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
- Strong ability to communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English; Polish a plus
Nice to have
- Experience designing for social, dating, or consumer subscription apps
- Familiarity with growth and experimentation methodologies (A/B, multivariate)
- Background in motion design or micro-interaction prototyping
